The system analyses real-time market data, demand, and competitors’ pricing, and generates optimal rates for different room types and sales channels in order to maximise revenue. The implementation of the IDeaS system helps the company offer customers up-to-date rates and booking conditions around the clock, while automating the manual work currently carried out within the company. Project sustainability: The company plans to continue using the system, as it continuously learns and develops sophisticated demand forecasts that the company will be able to use on an ongoing basis for future budgeting. The implementation of a new customer management system will allow the company to track a comprehensive history of customer purchasing behavior in the future. The goal is to build a loyal customer base and enhance competitiveness by offering targeted deals, similar to market peers. The automated system minimizes staff workload, modernizes operations, and enables customer identification via a mobile loyalty card. It also tracks purchase history to support personalized, effective promotions. Additionally, the self-service terminal allows customers to purchase products or services without waiting in line, saving time. Co-funded by the European Union in the amount of 5125,26€ / 70%.
